Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, services, and platforms operated by WNB TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, trading as Winbance, including but not limited to the purchase and use of challenge accounts, direct pass accounts, and any related evaluation services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable rules, guidelines, or policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access any part of the Services.

Winbance provides simulated trading services for evaluation purposes only. Our offerings are educational and performance-based simulations; we do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or access to live financial markets. Participation in any of our programs does not constitute or imply a financial partnership or employment relationship.

These Terms may be amended at any time at the discretion of the company. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version posted on our website.

1. Terms of Online Registration

  • 1.1 You must provide accurate, current information.

  • 1.2 Must be 18+ or the age of majority.

  • 1.3 Keep your account details updated.

  • 1.4 Impersonation or false info is prohibited.

  • 1.5 We may suspend accounts with false or misleading data.

  • 1.6 Usage is conditional on compliance with these Terms.

  • 1.7 We may reject registrations at our discretion.

2. Services
Winbance offers:

  • Aero Trading Accounts:

    • Aero $15K, $50K, $100K, $150K

    • Direct pass: Swiftmini ($10K), Swiftlite ($25K), Swiftpro ($50K), SwiftX ($100K)

  • LiveX Account: A real-capital account following successful evaluation.

  • LiveX Sim: Simulated trading account with real data.

  • Direct Pass: Skip evaluation; trade real funds from day one. Withdraw every 5 days, keep 80% of profits.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and have no disqualifying legal/financial history.

  • You’re responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

  • Usage is for personal use only—not third parties or competitors.

  • We may restrict access based on geography, jurisdiction, or other reasons.

4. Not a Broker-Dealer

  • Winbance is not a broker-dealer.

  • No financial advice is given.

  • Users assume all responsibility and risk.

5. CFTC Rule 4.41 Disclaimer

  • Simulated trading does not reflect actual performance.

  • No guarantee of similar real-world results.

  • All trading funds are fictitious and have no real-world value.

6. Limitation of Liabilities
Winbance is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or property

  • Third-party tools, viruses, or service interruptions
    Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction: stop using the service.

7. Third-Party Services

  • We’re not responsible for third-party content or services.

  • Engage with third-party services at your own risk.

8. Linking to Our Sites

  • Linking must be fair, legal, and not misleading.

  • Framing or deep linking requires written consent.

  • We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

9. Restricted Sites and Passwords

  • You must keep your credentials secure.

  • You’re responsible for account use—even if unauthorized.

  • We may suspend accounts for any valid reason.

10. Content License
By submitting content, you grant Winbance a:

  • Worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license

  • Right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, display, or remove the content
    You confirm you own the rights and it violates no laws or third-party rights.

11. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Submit copyright complaints to the Designated Agent with:

We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., disasters, strikes, government restrictions). Obligations are suspended during such events.

13. Termination

  • You may unsubscribe anytime.

  • We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

  • Re-registration is not permitted after termination.

14. Violation of Terms

  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

  • This includes misrepresentation, rule violations, or harming Winbance’s reputation.

15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Winbance harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Use of the services

  • Breaches of these Terms

  • Intellectual property infringement

  • Payment disputes

16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:

  • Exploit system delays, errors, or loopholes

  • Use disruptive or manipulative strategies

  • Place excessive trades or trade outside normal limits

  • Trade for others or pool accounts

  • Circumvent location or technical restrictions

Violations may result in:

  • Profit removal

  • Account resets

  • Bans from Winbance platforms

  • Forfeiture of funds

17. Refund Policy

  • Refunds allowed within 24 hours unless Rithmic is activated.

  • Mistaken payments may be credited as a digital discount.

  • Monthly users must cancel subscriptions manually; charges become service credit.

18. Feedback

  • All feedback becomes the sole property of Winbance.

  • No compensation will be provided.

  • You warrant feedback is original, lawful, and does not infringe others’ rights.
